Lavender Essential Oil
Lavender Essential Oil - Cultivated
Lavender oil has a soothing, restful scent that makes it the perfect oil to diffuse at night to promote restful sleep. It helps improve mood by lowering stress, relieving anxiety, and even boosting low mood. Like many essential oils, Lavender has anti-microbial effects. This helps prevent the spread of infection when someone is sick and also helps prevent skin infections and relieve minor wounds, cuts, and bee stings. When it comes to lavender oil, less is more.
